License Architecture

When you purchase a product from Themes Jet, you are acquiring a license to use the code, not the copyright itself. Here are the boundaries.

We offer a simple, permissive Standard Commercial License. It is designed to let you build real-world applications, SaaS platforms, and commercial websites without legal friction. However, we strictly protect our intellectual property against redistribution.

Authorized Use

• Commercial Projects: Build unlimited end-products for yourself or clients.
• Modification: You may modify, refactor, or delete any part of the code.
• SaaS: You can use the template as the UI foundation for a paid SaaS app.
• Monetization: You can charge your users for the service you build with it.

Strictly Prohibited

• Reselling: You cannot sell the template "as is" or as a derivative theme.
• Redistribution: You cannot share the source code publicly (e.g., public GitHub repo).
• Competitors: You cannot use our components to build a rival page builder.
• Open Source: You cannot release our paid assets under an MIT/GPL license.

Intellectual Property

Themes Jet retains full ownership of the core codebase, design tokens, and assets provided in the download. When you modify the code for a client, you assign the Application copyright to them, but the underlying Library copyright remains with us.

Public Repositories

If you store your project on GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, the repository must be Private. Publishing our premium components in a Public repository is a direct violation of this license and will result in a DMCA takedown request.

License Termination

Themes Jet reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you are found redistributing our assets or using them for illegal purposes. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the product.
