ARCHITECTING FOR SUPREMACY.
This project involved the complete UI/UX design and full-stack development for 'Deliver My Motor,' a leading UK motor transport marketplace. INJAAZH Global started by designing a clean, user-friendly interface with a vibrant orange and blue color palette to make navigation intuitive and instill trust. Following the design phase, we developed the complete platform from the ground up. The front-end is fully responsive and optimized for seamless user journeys, while the robust back-end was custom-built using PHP and Laravel. The Commercial Imperative
Vehicle logistics in the United Kingdom has historically suffered from opaque pricing structures, fragmented regional haulers, and high administrative overhead. Private car buyers, auction bidders (such as BCA, Copart, and Manheim), and commercial dealerships frequently spent hours calling individual recovery firms to negotiate quotes. On the carrier side, independent recovery operators and trade plate drivers routinely ran empty return legs (deadheading), sacrificing profit margins. Deliver My Motor was conceived to eliminate this market inefficiency by creating a high-velocity, dual-sided marketplace that matches vehicle delivery requests with certified transporters in real time.
Why Legacy Methods Failed
The primary technical and operational challenge was designing a frictionless quoting engine that could accurately capture vehicle specifications (running vs. non-runner, modifications, salvage status) and UK postal routes without burdening users with complex multi-page questionnaires. Traditional transport forms experienced a 41% abandonment rate. Simultaneously, the platform required a dedicated, real-time command portal for commercial transporters to filter available jobs by radius, vehicle type, and payout value without charging extortionate pay-per-lead fees that alienate smaller operators. Finally, stringent verification of carrier Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance and trade plate licensing was essential to build unwavering consumer trust.
